About Us – The Falcon Pools Story

To maintain high standards and adhere to industry regulation, Falcon Pools work in association with the following regulatory bodies:

To ensure that we stay abreast of all the latest developments in the pool industry we are proud to have been selected as a member of the Master Pools Guild, a global network of the top 108 custom elite pool builders in the world. Members are selected by invitation and must be craftsmen, operating with a strong commitment to high quality, customer service and business ethics.

Falcon has joined SPATA, the Swimming Pool and Allied Trades Association who were established to ensure that companies involved in building swimming pools and spa pools are working to British and European Standards defined as SPATA Standards and to a Code of Ethics set out by SPATA. Thereby providing customers with peace of mind and reassurance.

Falcon are approved members of BISHTA which is the trade association that represents the British and Irish Hot Tub and Swim Spa Industry. BISHTA was established to ensure that companies engaged in the display and sale of hot tubs are adequately trained in water hygiene management and understand the importance of maintaining these standards. All BISHTA approved members work to the BISHTA Code of Ethics and BISHTA Standards. Hot Tubs and Swim Spas are high ticket items, so it’s reassuring to know that you are purchasing from a trusted supplier.

We are also members of the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP) an international trade association representing companies and individuals in the swimming pool, hot tub and recreational water industries. APSP members adhere to a code of ethics in business and technical practices and share a strong commitment to the safe, healthful and enjoyable use of industry products.

Falcon Pools has been awarded accreditation from SafeContractor for its commitment to achieving excellence in health and safety. SafeContractor is a leading third party accreditation scheme which recognises very high standards in health and safety management amongst UK contractors.

Our engineers at Falcon Pools are registered Gas Safe Engineers, ensuring the safety of all our customers.

Gas Safe Register is the official gas registration body. By law all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register, and the Register’s role is to act as a licensing body ensuring that those applying for, and holding, registration are appropriately qualified as gas safety competent.

Gas Safe Register is not a membership body for engineers, nor a trade association.

Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the gas registration body in Great Britain and Isle of Man on 1 April 2009 and in Northern Ireland and Guernsey on 1 April 2010.
